5. Shipping
Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days and shipped via trusted courier partners. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location.
Delays due to external factors (like courier delays, natural disasters, or strikes) are beyond our control.
6. Return & Refund Policy
We take great care in ensuring the quality of every Amourée product. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at business@amoureluxe.com
Returns/Exchanges will be accepted only if:
• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• The product tags and labels are intact.
• You have proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items:
• Innerwear, socks, or hygiene-sensitive products.
• Items bought on sale or marked as “Final Sale”.
Refunds:
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
For exchanges, a replacement product will be dispatched once the returned item passes quality inspection.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, product images, and trademarks displayed on the site are the property of Amourée or its affiliates and are protected under intellectual property laws. Reproduction or use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
